In a nutshell, a social bookmark is a link to a page—as such it contributes to the visibility, hence, performance of the page in search engine results pages (SERP).

But.

They strongly recommend to focus on giving value to visitors instead. So if you can hear them, give value. How? Write—and get links from—relevant content pages.
This is as simple as that.
My own experience—I have tons of PR0 pages that not only rank #1-10 for keyword combinations that vary from very popular to long-tail’ed, but that overshadow high PR pages—QED.
So I would strongly recommend to get a link from one high PR page to ensure faster SE awareness, then move on chasing links from **relevant** pages—regardless of their PR, which is usually null.
I have achieved results in a matter a few weeks that have taught me that relevancy plays a more important role than PR—without diminishing the importance of the later though.

At first glance a combination of SEO and Social Media looks like the way to go. Can you put out a version for Facebook?
As far as SEO is concerned, first define your user profiles/persona and collect the possible keywords they would use. Then use your niche expertise to build content around topics incorporating these keywords. Then promote the content across a variety of sites where your target people are.
You already have one aspect of promotion covered, specifically the games. But search engines don’t understand games, they understand text and images, so you will need that for the SEO part and the games for the social media part.

Black hat is all the sneaky strategies to trick the search engines.
Blackhat will not survive for long term, as search engines update their softwares often and will penalize you and ban you for life.
