I love pasta, is 100% durum wheat semolina considered wheat enough? Is it much better than Durum Sem. pasta?

I wanted to eat a healther pasta and have just noticed that there are some wheat semolina pasta products that are good. But am I getting any real benefits from changing to this product? Thanks.

Durum is the variety of wheat-semolina is the meal it is ground into. 100% durum wheat pasta can be considered a whole grain product. If the first ingredient on the list is durum wheat with no other types of flour following, then bingo.
