Depends on how bad your math grades are. If they aren't terribly bad, then you should just continue with the process with the test and all. However, if they are pretty bad, then it is a better use of your time to be up front.
References :
experieince

Should I bring up my grades before the interview?
A recruiter found my resume online and thinks I'm a great fit for a current opening requiring a math degree. I have a statistics degree with a math minor, and talked to the recruiter about this. She ran through the details of the position and wants to set up a date to take the company-required math test before an interview. She mentioned that the company will want to see my transcripts later in the hiring process and wants to hire someone with high college math grades.

I don't have particularly high math grades. Should I wait until I take the test and get through an interview, hoping to the company will be so impressed that I my grades won't be that important, or should I tell the recruiter asap and possibly squash my chances with this company?
