i am divorced from my ex husband he took a serps insurance out with united friendly i would like to know were?

i have just found out that my ex husband has cashed a serps insurance in which he took out when we were married what i would like to ask is were do i stand with this as i could not work at all as i were a carer for our disabled son until he was 16

get a attorney and try to fix it as soon as possible
