In this issue, we are going to talk about using Facebook marketing to deliver significance to your prospects and customers.</p>
<p>Have you any idea that half of all Facebook users visit their profiles everyday? This suggests that there are over 250 million of the social networks 500 million who might be able to see your Page.</p>
<p>How&#8217;s that for a customer base? That represents enormous amounts of dollars in return. </p>
<p>However, not all business pages on Facebook are productive when it comes to attracting customers.  You&#8217;ll need to tweak and test your page til it reaps a satisfying result. </p>
<p>Even though it is primarily considered a social networking site, it would also do the company good to evaluate first what impact they want to give in their page.</p>
<p>Do you want to give a touch of corporate professionalism as an extension of your conventional office?</p>
<p>Do you want to add a touch of fun and excitement which will appeal to your audience?</p>
<p>Or do you simply want your page to be a customer service area where informal questions and inquires can be resolved?</p>
<p>It&#8217;s important that you always regard value as your top priority whenever posting anything on your page.  Remove the clutter and post only the necessary things. This means resisting the urge to post personal content or even things that seem fascinating but aren&#8217;t valuable to your audience. </p>

<p>Use Customer Testimonials</p>
<p>Looking at a person&#8217;s Facebook wall is one of the most frequent pastimes of men and women who are eager about social networks.These days, social media management provides a variety of rewards to entrepreneurs. They can use customer suggestions and testimonials as means to assure clients of the quality of their product. So, encourage past clients to write their feedback on Facebook. Of course, you would most appreciate highly positive feedback if given voluntarily. Yet, this may not always be the case depending on the excellence of your products or services.  Consider offering special deals or gifts. Say, for example, that every Facebook feedback will give them a 5% discount during their next purchase.</p>
<p>- Personally Communicate With Potential Clients or Customers</p>
<p>If there are questions about your products or services, make sure you tactfully accommodate those concerns. Also, you&#8217;ll gain a good impression by answering the inquiries very timely.  In case this is not possible, at least apologize for the late response. </p>

<p>Suzanne says consumer behavior has shifted, which is driving the changes in the current marketplace.  Search is now integrated into such platforms as mobile, and via social media platforms. Dave then goes on to discuss a banking client of Rosetta and how Rosetta went about identifying the appropriate channels their client were using in order to help them benefit from the social media explosion, including using such applications as Facebook and Twitter.  Then Rosetta measured the influence that social media is having on all of the remaining channels that the banking client was already using.
