How hard is it for proponents — that the method in which this proposal is getting "rammed-in;" — and the way in which it is presented –

SCARES A LOT OF PEOPLE !!

Bottom-line —

The biggest problem from the current proposal offered, is that it is "So Poorly Written" — that it’s "believed" that there will continue to be too many arguments, after the fact –

…and then some activist Judge will have to indirectly, "make Law."

I am crippled for Life — and at age 30, will no longer be "contributing to society" —

– so, what is my newly diminished "Life Value" score by, the President’s advisor, "Dr. Zeke Emmanuel"??

Even if the Prez is sincere –

– he is not helping his cause, by spreading so many of his own fallacies(or myths), just to convince the American People.

I even laughed at Sarah Palin’s "Death Panel" comment — and then it turns-out that that precise language is on pg 473 of the proposal!!! ( or pg 453 — somewhere in the upper 400s, )

Using a command, like, "Show me how I’m wrong." is fair.

However, when one says a narrow-minded and Arrogant comment, like –

"You can’t do it." –

– One voids all trust from those one is trying to "get through to." and loses credibility.

No one believes that One will take ANY argument, with an open-mind, when one speaks that way.

People also do not want to pay for the health care of illegals. Which i know that its been stated by many that it will not cover illegals, which only leads us to believe Obama will make them legal and THEN provide them with health care.

Also, we may be able to keep the care we have now…for up to five years. And that is if our employers dont decide to cancel the insurance because they know the govt will provide it.

Its not that we dont understand what is being proposed, its that we DO, and we dont want it! And when i say we, i mean the majority of Americans. But hey, i guess minority is the new American way.

The new plan must include triage to select out the bankrupting, never-to-return-to-health cases that cause such outrageous costs here today. That includes many old people’s serious illnesses. The "wonderful" plans in Europe have been bankrupted by those and they are beginning to triage them.

The president is lying about the "cost savings." I’m sure some of those will be accomplished but the savings are no where near enough to cover the horrendous, multi-trillion dollar cost of what’s being proposed.

The euthanasia part is at least a stretch, if not an actual myth. Dying people must be just allowed to die rather than futilely squander huge sums on them that are needed by people who could recover.

Veterans, and everyone else, will be pulled into the system so it can confiscate all funds dedicated to other health care programs. The veterans will lose or gain according to the differences from their old plan.

The affect on small business depends on the final plan. If it forces them to take on costs they don’t have now, and doesn’t fully compensate those (and I’m sure it won’t — or will only initially to get heir cooperation), they must pass those costs on to consumers or employees.

Medicare will be incorporated into the plan immediately, or not long after. As noted earlier, it will suck in all government medical plan finances. Again, how that affects the game depends on the relative advantages/disadvantages.

I’m sure you can keep private insurance but now you will pay both. The government’s through taxes, the private out of your pocket or paycheck. It’s possible in the future the plan will forcefully replace private insurance to suck in desperately needed funds from those. I also suspect Social Security will ultimately confiscate all other retirement plan funds; but both of those thoughts are just myths now.

There is no plan to mess with peoples accounts any more than they do now. Confiscation of financial accounts is the final step to real communism. That remains always a possibility as government builds ever more power-sucking squander programs, but I don’t see that for the near future anyway.
